Christmas Time Is Here....



Heyers! Merry Christmas!

This weekend, my family and I put up the rest of the Christmas decorations, and I wanted to show them to you! 

 Last week, I put up my new pink tree in my room while listening to a Walton's Christmas CD. (You can see my past post about the Walton's here) It has become my favorite!

 Here's a picture of the tree in my room:

It's pink with a pink tutu! (not shown) Mrs Mildred (a fellow blogger) gave me these ornaments. :)

 My Dollies put up a Christmas Tree! :) From left to right, Violet, Rebecca, Millie, Elsie, and Itty. :)

And the COOLEST THING HAPPENED YESTERDAY. :) It started SNOOOOOWING!!!!! :) Sadly, it didn't stay. :(

Well, when we got home, I made some Christmas cookies with some cutters and mix I got for my birthday. Thank You, Mrs Debbie. :)

Next is my Christmas Village! It  is on top of the piano and it's SO pretty! Thank you again, Mrs Mildred.  The pics I took without flash are REALLY blurry, so I took one with flash so you can see the details.

I'm excited for: Going to one of my fave stores today! (a local one)
I'm sad because: one of the Church elders (who I was really close to) died last night.
I'm hungry for: FUDGE ROUDS!!!!!!!

The Star Spangled Banner

That the havoc of war and the battle's confusion

Little House on the Prairie

Hello!

Lately, I've fallen in love with the Little House on the Prairie series.

I've watched serveral episodes of the TV series this past week, and I put up my paper dolls today!

 Now, I'm sure you're all wondering about  the piece of wood in front of the paper dolls .

Well,it's a shingle from the roof of Laura Ingalls Wilder's home in Missouri. Daddy got it when he went there!

They were avaible to purchase for a small price.

Anyhow, Daddy has LOTS of books: about 3 cookbooks, a Songbook, 2 Diary books, a Blue set of all the books and many more!

Quick Update 3/3/10

Hello! Sorry I haven't posted in a while!

So, Here's a Quick Update.

 Yesterday, It snowed about 6 inches and I made a snowman!

That one is Mama's favorite! I can't think of a name for him yet though. He's wearing Daddy's hat and my purple scarf!

  Anyway, I've also discovered Windows Live Messenger, and have talked to my friends, Quinlyn, Iona and Jasmine!

  Some of my Mom's students, Mama, and I have made a new Cross Stitch Circle! It's called

 "The Dorcas Sewing Circle" .

Then, there's my Dolls. I've been in a few contests! On my AGC, by Jasmine, I lost in the 3rd round.

But, I'm in Quinlyn's new one, the Life of Faith Contest! AND! I've won the First round! Here's the pic that won the first round.

I'm so proud of my dolls!

Anyways, Better get on to bed!

IT SNOWED!!!

Hey Again!

It snowed ALL day yesterday! And James Martin, John Thomas and I just came in from outside, and we're eating Mama's Bran Muffins! YUM!!

Anyway, I took a bunch of pictures with my new camera! Daddy has a Saint Francis statue in the backyard, and I took some pictures of it, so Daddy would be able to see it without getting cold! ;-D
